A family parrilla in Miami Beach
New Campo Argentino opened on Collins Avenue in 2009. Since then the idea hasn't changed: Argentine recipes done properly, top-quality Certified Angus and Prime cuts on a real charcoal parrilla, pastas rolled in the kitchen, and the kind of warm, unhurried service you get at a friend's house in Buenos Aires.
It's run by Fede, Eva and Luis, the same family behind YES! Cafe & Pizza in the Upper Eastside and Mexi Cafe down the road on Collins. Eva's chocotorta is on the dessert menu; Luis's salad is on the lunch menu; Fede is the one holding the milanesa sandwich in the photos.
Miami New Times readers voted us Best Argentine Restaurant (opens in a new tab) in 2025 & 2026.

How we cook
Fire, flour and dulce de leche

The parrilla
Entraña, asado de tira, vacío, picanha and ojo de bife over charcoal, seasoned with salt and patience. Chimichurri made every morning.

The kitchen
Milanesas pounded thin and breaded to order, milapizzas the size of a tray, empanadas folded by hand, sorrentinos and gnocchi made in-house.

The sweet end
Flan with dulce de leche, Eva's chocotorta, panqueques, brownies and artisanal gelato. And a free dessert on your birthday.

The team
