Swim Week runs on long days in hotel showrooms along Collins. We are ten minutes up the road for the dinner that closes a deal or thanks the production crew, and we deliver empanadas, salads and milanesa sandwiches to the showroom or the shoot at lunch. Set menus from $45, one bill to the brand.

Swim Week: questions people ask

Can you handle a mix of dietary needs for a production team?
Yes: grilled steaks, chicken and salmon, salads, vegetarian pastas and dishes preparable without gluten ingredients, all on one menu. Send the counts and we label the trays.
How does a group dinner work during Swim Week?
Pick one of three prix-fixe menus ($45, $60 and $75 per person, each with appetizer, main, dessert and a drink), send the date and headcount, and we confirm within a business day. Your group's tables are set together in a reserved area of the dining room and there is one itemized bill, with tax and gratuity shown up front.
Do you offer beverage packages or an open bar?
Yes: wine and beer packages by the hour, or a set number of glasses per person. We hold a beer and wine license (Argentine wines, sparkling, Quilmes, sangria and wine-based cocktails), so no spirits. Corkage is $25 per bottle if you bring your own.
Do you cater for this event?
Yes, from 8 guests with 48 hours' notice: empanadas by the dozen, parrillada trays, milanesas, pastas, salads and desserts, delivered in Miami Beach, Surfside and Bal Harbour or picked up on Collins Avenue. Request a quote through the form.
Where are you and where do we park?
6954 Collins Avenue at 70th Street, North Beach, Miami Beach. City lots on Harding Avenue right behind the restaurant (P83 and 6950 Harding), paid by PayByPhone.
